The overcurrent protector is a device used for current overload protection. When it enters the setting state, the relays within the protection mechanism will automatically release, and the protector will exit the protection state, effectively preventing incorrect operations on the motor during the setting state. It can be widely applied in industrial three-phase motors and other electrical appliances in industries such as machinery, chemical engineering, metallurgy, building materials, and textiles for protection and monitoring.

Protection mode
1. Composite type: Combine multiple protections.

4. Isolation type: After overcurrent, the current and voltage drop to 0, and then start to rise again, repeating.
5. Constant current type: The current remains constant, and the voltage drops.

1. High-speed short-circuit protection, action time less than 40ns, no sparks at the short-circuit point. (Effectively preventing electrical fires)
2. High-speed precise lightning overvoltage protection, action time less than 40ns, determines overvoltage voltage higher than 260v, determines lightning strike voltage higher than 630v, digital processing is fast and precise.

Setting steps
The setting steps of the overcurrent protector are as follows, using the JL-200 overcurrent protector as an example:
1. After the JL-200 overcurrent protector is powered on, the digital window of the JL-200 overcurrent protector shows 000.
2. Press and hold the JL-200 overcurrent protector's [Settings] key for 5 seconds to enter the setting mode (when the motor is stationary and the current is 0, it can enter the setting mode; when the motor is running, the current is not 0, it cannot enter the setting mode, but the setting content can be queried). At the same time, the [Settings] and [Overload] characters light up, entering the current setting, press the [△] and [▽] keys to set the current value, press and hold the [△] key to continuously send, press once [△] to advance one position, press once [▽] to decrease one position. After setting the current value, press the [Settings] key, save the setting value, and jump to the next setting item.
3. The [Settings] and [Stalled Rotation] characters light up, setting the motor stalled rotation allowable time (also setting the action curve), according to the motor's action characteristics, press the [△] and [▽] keys to select the corresponding action curve (3, 6, 9, 12, 15). After selecting the action curve, press the [Settings] key, save the setting value, and jump to the next setting item. 4. 【Settings】 The "Underload" character lights up. Set the percentage of the motor's underload current. Press the [△] and [▽] keys to set the corresponding underload current and the percentage compared to the rated current. Press the [Settings] key to save the settings and move to the next setting item.
5. 【Settings】 The "Phase Sequence" character lights up. Set whether the motor's phase sequence protection function is on (on) or off (off). Press the [Settings] key to save the settings and move to the next setting item.
6. 【Settings】 The "Overvoltage" character lights up. Press the [△] and [▽] keys to set the overvoltage value. Press the [Settings] key to save the settings and move to the next setting item.
7. 【Settings】 The "Undervoltage" character lights up. Press the [△] and [▽] keys to set the undervoltage value. Press the [Settings] key to save the settings and move to the next setting item.
8. Only the [Settings] character lights up. Enter the "Reset Method" selection. Press the [△] and [▽] keys to select [au] (automatic reset) or [hu] (manual reset).
9. Press the [Settings] key to save the settings and move to the next setting item. The display of the [Settings] digital window shows "end", indicating that the settings for the JL-200 Overcurrent Protector (Overcurrent Protector) are complete.
10. Press [Settings] to save the settings content and exit the setting state of the JL-200 Overcurrent Protector (Overcurrent Protector).
